We all want to be the hero but some of us are born to be villains and side characters.

About This Quote

It’s true. Every hero has a villain. In the movie, “The Shawshank Redemption,” Andy Dufresne is a man who was wrongly convicted for the murder of his wife and her lover. He served 20 years in prison, but he did it all for love.

He wanted to prove that no one should be victimized because of a mistake. People do bad things for good reasons, but we don’t always see that in people’s actions because we don’t understand them. We’re looking at it from the outside, so we don’t realize what they were trying to say.

That’s why some people are villains and some are side characters.
